For many years, I've had no need for SwitchUp (or its predecessor RooSwitch). Recently I started using Dyrii Journal, a fantastic app, but one at the present limited to one Journal Document at a time. With SwitchUp, I can have as many as I want. Great!

Now, I can easily swap which Skype account I want to be active in, without having to re-enter passwords

Great software - one of those that you don't realise how useful it's going to be till you start using it. For ages now I've had problems with Mail.app gobbling up CPU when I have my work & personal email accounts using the same setup, using Switchup I can keep two separate instances, move between the two & not have my CPU constantly panicking.
Similarly, for troubleshooting a quirk in a App I always used to boot into the guest account to see if the problem's still exhibited in the app when it's devoid of all plugins & the like, now I can do it straight from my primary account.
On top of that the developer's a true gent & deserves your support. So buy this!

In addition to the exceptional utility of a program like this, I also have to give the developer a 5-star rating. (I'd go higher if possible.) I e-mailed him with a request for help for an older program (DropDrawers), as RooSwitch didn't want to handle it. All I asked for was some advice. Instead of mere advice, he actually (in just a few hours) downloaded DropDrawers, tinkered with RooSwitch, and sent me a file that solved my problem. (He also included necessary warnings and instructions.) We all know that there are developers out there who just don't seem to care. We also know there are many good ones who actually provide support. This developer just went to the top of my list in terms of customer service that I've experienced. And I've used Macs since 1987.

a) Features; top marks for now.
b) Ease of Use; 4.9 (I believe can be improved in due time, but that's just for the adv. settings. nb: that's why they are adv. settings ;o) )
c) Value, almost top. I would certainly appreciate a lower cost if it is any possible. Or maybe some festive offers.
d) Stability; so far, I've yet to run into any issues for the things I need rooSwitch for!
Though the updates seemed to have slowed down, but I'll be glad to have less updates as long as they are stable. I don't need updates every week. I just want an app that works fine and update/upgrade when there's a real need to.
Good job and keep up the RooVert project(s)!
p.s. One thing you might want to work on at the moment --- the forum (http://www.roobasoft.com/rooSwitch/forums/) it gives an error at the time I accessed it.
